Rolling Mills

Our solutions are designed to enhance furnace efficiency and longevity, ensuring smooth and uninterrupted operations in reheating and rolling processes. We have introduced hexagonal hearth blocks for rolling mill hearths and beds, replacing the conventionally used Mag Chrome Bricks. This innovation provides significantly longer service life and improves operational efficiency by reducing downtime caused by frequent maintenance. To make our solutions more cost-effective, we have also developed a sandwich design — where the top (hot face) layer consists of a high-grade castable that comes in direct contact with the material, while the bottom (cold face) layer uses a lower-grade castable that remains insulated from direct heat exposure. This configuration not only optimizes performance but also balances material costs, delivering an ideal blend of durability and affordability.
