We design custom refractory solutions for ladles and furnaces that enhance safety, process reliability, and heat retention in steel melting operations. In our effort to promote more sustainable practices, we have been educating customers on the use of Neutral Ramming Mass, which offers 5–6 times the life of conventional castables while significantly reducing pollution associated with traditional materials. Additionally, we have redesigned the roofs of reheating furnaces, replacing conventional brick linings with castable-supported ceramic anchor systems — a solution that strengthens the structure, improves thermal efficiency, and extends overall service life.
